3 sets DB swings:
10 x 15#, 20#, 25#, 30#

DB clean + jerk:
— 2 x 5 @ 30#
— 2 x 5 @ 35#
— 1 x 3 @ 40#

BB clean + jerk:
— 1 x 5 @ 85#
— 1 x 5 @ 95#
— 1 x 3 @ 95#

Work up to 1RM front squat: 145# (A PR, I think)
5 x 1 @ 90%, or 135#

Holy mother it’s been a while since I did a workout this intense.
