Sore Legs

My thighs are extremely sore from yesterday’s squats, so I missed out on a few things, like leg raises and an extra 15 mins worth of cardio (the burn was too much to handle and my stamina was wearing off). The bench press was occupied the entire time I was at the gym, so I couldn’t get that in either.

Run du jour:
2×30min walk
25mins elliptical
2×10 push-ups
2×10 incline DB press @ 20#
2×10 inverted chin-ups
2×1 jump-ups (eccentric chin-ups)
1×10 standing bent rows @ 20#
2×10 back extensions @ BW
1×5 dips @ BW
2×10 30 deg sit-ups
1×20 bicycles
1×10 kneeling cable crunches @ 140# (Pretty sure the machine is calibrated wrong. These were way too easy. Either that or I’m doing them wrong. Either way, for the moment I’m going to avoid this exercise.)

Total volume: I’m going to count 13 sets.
